Week #30- March 23, 2026

Stay the Course!

As Spring Break approaches, maintaining routines and consistent attendance is even more important to ensure student success.  It is a great opportunity to balance excitement and focus from the school-level, as well as provide support at home to reinforce what is being learned.  Continue reading at home, counting or practicing math facts, number talks, encouraging writing, and maintaining bed time routines.  Be on the lookout next week for a Spring Break Challenge that will help learning continue at home, even when there is a break from school!  Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education. We are grateful for all you do at home to help your child succeed each day.

Construction Update: Walls are going up! But entirely in a positive manner. Construction on the new classrooms continued this past week, with mechanical installation and blockwork being the most visible areas of progress. MES is set to enter Phase 2 of the interior renovation as Spring Break approaches. The 5th grade classes were moved in anticipation of work beginning just before the break. This phase will likely represent the final shift in classrooms through the remainder of this academic year.
