River Bend Elementary School is Rockingham County’s 15th elementary school. It is located in the eastern most part of the county near Elkton, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
This Pre-K through 5th grade school opened in August 2009 and is home to nearly 400 students and approximately 70 teachers and staff.
